We booked based on pricing and reviews at the 4 star mark. The reality is that the hotel is what I'd expect before the reviews. That's not a bad thing, but there's no way it's in the same league as more premium brands. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, but looked dirty since they were dated. It is a 2 story building, but there is no elevator, which sucks for those of us with limited mobility, strollers or big bags. The TV was Roku based and a pain to cycle through the channels on. The a/c unit smelled like burning dust when we turned on the heat. We heard neighbor TVs through the walls. The free breakfast is standard for this class of hotel. There were two waffle machines, bread for toast, apples, bananas, oranges, frosted flakes, coffee and apple/orange juices.

The hotel is easy to get to off I-75 and very close to shopping. Plenty of parking. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was a small one. Room was on the 2nd floor and they do not have an elevator, however the stairs are note steep are did not pose a real problem. Also, we found the rooms were very quiet even though we were in the wing with the pool!

The staff here, specifically Dre was so nice and helpful. The room was very clean, and very nicely sized I didnt feel cramped, the recliner was a nice touch. The room did have very dated furniture it was very clean and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. I traveled solo and was felt very comfortable and safe for my entire trip. Breakfast was lacking tho, some fruit, waffles, bread/muffins and oatmeal, not great choices.

We always stay at West Branch Super 8 since my brother's place has mice and tics. They provided me with a Veteran's Parking spot and I'm a US Army veteran so I DID park there. The 24/7 hot coffee in the lobby as a perk for sure. Waffles are always a treat!

Not great
We have stayed here for the past few years for a bowling tournament we come up for, it seems like every year there is hair either in the sink or shower or both, or a hole in the screen of the window or the air not working great.
